Because we offer both digital products and physical products, our return and refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital product purchases are final.
Once your files have been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any issues accessing your files or receive the wrong files, please contact us at support@orderlyaura.com. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Physical Products
Physical products may be eligible for returns or replacements based on the return policy applicable to that product. Return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier and condition of the item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@orderlyaura.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Order Cancellations
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered.
Physical orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
